Alaskan Air to the rescue again! Longhorn Grill & Saloon in Amado, commercial kitchen ventilation hood goes down right before the dinner push. One call and Efrain is on the interstate headed our way. The speed of the response can't be matched! Amado, AZ is not exactly around the corner yet Efrain was there, made sure the hood was in proper working order before we were forced to close the kitchen. Impressive Alaskan Air, Impressive!!!
