They were the only company that would show up today to get me a capacitor. Didn't know they would call it a "voltage enhancement device" and charge Me $490 for a $25 capacitor. Don't get me wrong, I believe professionals should get paid. But they are taking their motto to the extreme.
Service guys were on time and professional. However when the price was quite high for a less than three year old unit, I called to inquire about the $800 price tag (for the ‘band aid’ solution—could have gone as high as $2,500), I asked if the techs were paid on commission? I was told that was ‘confidential payroll information”. One would assume if that was not the case, the company would be delighted to say it.
