Dylan was prompt to the appointment, polite and informative. He performed the tune-up inspection and offered improvements but was not pushy. He was nice with the dogs who barked at him. Overall I would recommend him for future services.
July 4th weekend and our air conditioning went out on Saturday, Alaskan air sent a technician and he found the problem and made us very happy within a couple of hours. Other companies I called didn’t want to come out until Tuesday July 6th. Thanks to a great technician and company we got our air back on the same day it went out.
Jason was excellent found the issue with in 5 minutes. Very informative and knowledgeable. Price for service was a bit expensive, 500$ for 1.5 lb of refrigerant. Technician himself was great
The worst service I have ever had. Doesn't deserve any star. Office help lazy and doesn't relay messages etc. Service come out said that he didn't know what is wrong charged us $129.00. He said that if it continued to have a problem. Someone would come back out for free.. I had to argue about a charge for revisit system still not working.
