I am updating my review and this is why. This company came out to fix an issue with my AC. They charged 1,000 for the service which was a little steep compared to other companies but I went ahead and paid it. Within a few days we noticed the same exact issue presented itself again. I called to see what my options were and they offered to come back and look it it again but I might have to pay the diagnostic fee again.
