Your new commercial, which takes a serious disorder, OCD, not very seriously, is very upsetting. I have a loved one who has struggled with OCD and it's not a joke. It's not a tagline. It's not something you have just because you like straight lines or an organized desk or things done right. That is not OCD. The technicians were just amazing!! I had been out of a/c for almost 2 weeks and they worked so hard in 106 degree weather to get it done in one day!
