I’ve never had an issue with this company or their employees. I always received good advice and recommendations without them being too pushy. I do recommend them for air conditioning maintenance and issues with these systems.

I was very impressed with their technician! He quickly diagnosed the issue and went above and beyond to make sure that it was going to be cool enough in my home for me. I was really excited about the option 4 the club membership that allowed for two services per year and discounts on repairs and replacements. I didn't feel like it was a hard sell for the membership and there was a budget-friendly option that allowed me to pay on it monthly. I love my air conditioner and Alaskan ROCKS!
I will give 4 stars for the technician being professional and diagnosing the issue correctly. The 1 star is for the price i was quoted. My problem turned out to be a condenser fan motor, bit when i asked for a price to fix it he wanted $1200. That is just a rip off. I called naughtons and bought a motor for $180 with tax. Tyler was on time and then took the necessary time to inspect both heating systems for my home. He went over the results with me and answered all questions.
This is our first time calling on Alaskan Air Conditioning & Heating, and both Tim and Nick were very professional and incredibly responsive. They were here within a couple of hours (on a Sunday!!) and we're informative and helpful. We're moving forward with a new complete unit, and we're hopeful that the service continues to be this good.
