PLEASE PLEASE Don't use this company. They totally took advantage of my father because he was a senior! My fathers air conditioning went out and he had this company replace with a brand new one. At first glance he was very happy with them. He even had them come do all the maintenance the last 3 years. Yes this brand new unit from them only lasted 3 years. Review is on the purchase of a new 14 seer unit, air handler, and water heater. Sales: worst area of the entire experience, little to no transparency on breakdown of packages, recieving an invoice several days later and after install started to review. Over inflated pricing, basic entry level a/c and a premium cost, $600 alone just for a thermostat. 19.1k in total and that's only after calling the owner for a $2500.00 discount to complete signing.
