Very knowledgeable and polite service! My ac was not cooling my house,the Technician Earl explained to me why what the problem was and how to alleviate the problem.He explained what my options were. It was obvious he was going to get the job done the right way and not the easy way! There was no excuses,and I very much like that.I would highly recommend Alaska to my friends and family! They were the only company that would show up today to get me a capacitor. Didn't know they would call it a "voltage enhancement device" and charge Me $490 for a $25 capacitor. Don't get me wrong, I believe professionals should get paid. But they are taking their motto to the extreme.

Service guys were on time and professional. However when the price was quite high for a less than three year old unit, I called to inquire about the $800 price tag (for the ‘band aid’ solution—could have gone as high as $2,500), I asked if the techs were paid on commission? I was told that was ‘confidential payroll information”. One would assume if that was not the case, the company would be delighted to say it.
