All County recently installed a new roof on my home. From the very beginning Art came to my home and explained what needed to be done, he was kind, knowledgeable, and very honest. Kenny and his team came a few weeks later for the installation, everything was done on time; professionally, and their clean up was immaculate. You could tell the quality of their work; and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
I was excited to get vinyl siding installed on my home, especially given how expensive a project like this is. While I know perfection isn’t realistic, I do expect professionalism and solid craftsmanship. Unfortunately, by the end of the job, I was disappointed.

Overall, the house looks good from a distance and the crew worked fast and was pleasant to deal with. But there are real issues with their workmanship, including problems that could lead to water intrusion down the road. Communication was basically nonexistent, and I did not appreciate the gaslighting or the refusal to take responsibility for damage that happened directly because of their work.
I expected better for the cost of this project, and I can’t recommend them based on my experience.
