I can't speak to the quality of work of this company because I never actually received the estimate or proposal but still received a bill for the "service call" and a late payment notice after I had already spoke to them about not receiving the proposal. Long story short, seems that there is alot of confusion and not much communication between "departments". I got my roof replaced by another company so they ended up losing $10k from me.
