Do not use this company - in March 2025 we used this company to clean our turf. They showed up and said their machine was broken, so they used “power brooms” which are glorified rakes. This didn’t clean or make the turf stand back up. We didn’t hear anything from them until today October 30th when they invoiced us for $349. We recently had our backyard done through Alpha Turf. Blake was our sales guy, and he was very knowledgeable about all things turf. Install only took 3 days and the crew was very kind, professional, and clean. We are happy with the overall project but if we are paying thousands of dollars for this, we expect it to be done to our satisfaction. I just had Alpha Turf install turf at my property and I wish I had done it sooner! The crew was awesome: super knowledgeable, professional, and they took the time to explain the whole process to me. They also worked with what I wanted to make sure everything turned out perfect. The turf looks amazing and my wife and two girls are so happy with it. Couldn’t be happier with the outcome.
