Asked for a repair estimate on a leaky gutter from one of Alternative Roofing competitors. Estimator didn't even get up on ladder, to see what the problem was!!! Just took a picture and then measured for new gutter, down spouts, facia board and wrap. Over $2,600 estimate. Alternative (Jeff) came out inspected gutter, found it was clogged and quoted me a VERY reasonable amount to clean all the gutters!
