Their explanation of the process and the actual installation was fabulous! At the same time, I was hearing from friends and family of bad experiences with other solar companies. Ambrose had done a stellar installation of our system and we were happy they agreed to handle the situation for us, and once again everything went perfectly. We talked to SunRun, Save a Lot and Semper Solaris and ended up going with Ambrose based on Knowledge of salesman, Price, Experience in the industry, Reputation, Product choices, Reviews and affiliation with local lenders. As far as local solar companies go, Ambrose is THEE choice for Vacaville and the surrounding areas. My Service Coordinator Justin was perfectly communicative and able to answer all my questions. What impressed me was Preston’s (my service tech) service. My original solar installer did an okay job when installing but Preston took the time to correct their mistakes. I had 1 microinverter go down out of the 19 and the array map provided by my installer is inaccurate. This required Preston to go t... Read more
