Working with Ambrose to get my solar installed was a great process. They were responsive to questions and contact and when we had appointments they arrived on time or early. The on the ground workers were professional, friendly, and finished the work in a timely manner. They also helped me with communication with PGE to get the panel upgrade and even to lay conduit for a power upgrade. I was recommended them and I would recommend them to others in need of solar.

Ambrose installed Tesla batteries at our home and added a few solar panels to our existing system. Our solar system is 12 years old, so we've been on NEM1 with PG&E. We kept the additional panels below the PG&E limit to avoid their switching us to NEM2 or NEM3 which are both much worse in terms of annual billings. Ambrose was Wonderful!! My Tesla Solar battery failed. I had purchased it from a company that had went out of business, and didn’t know what to do, so I called Tesla. Tesla gave me their list of companies that could help me, and I called Ambrose as they were listed as a “Premier Installer” for Tesla. Had a lengthy and educational meeting with Jon from Sales. The whole process was within the timeline they setup. We hit a few snags but I think it’s stuff I would have encountered with any solar company. The end result: my PG&E bill has been cut by 90%, and I’m hoping with a few tweaks we can get close to 100%. When I have encountered issues the customer service has been excellent. I would definitely recommend Ambrose.

This is a great company that delivered exactly as promised on our solar installation. This is a top notch solar panel installer and servicer! After I was badly disappointed with my original installer who ended up costing me thousands of dollars, I found these guys through some research. They got up and running my failed inverter by replacing it in the most cost effective fashion possible. Justin is amazing!
