After being changed to NEM3 by our wonderful PG&E, I went looking for a solar company to add batteries to our home. Everyone I called at first said they could not get the batteries for 4 to 6 months. When I called Ambrose they said they had them in stock and could start an immediately. I signed up and that turned out to be the best move I could’ve made. I contacted Ambrose after I had a tree branch crack one of my panels that another company had installed. Unfortunately, the other company went out of business. I contacted multiple companies and they were by far the most responsive and helpful. In particular, Justin from the service department did a great job keeping in contact and gathering info about the project, even though they hadn’t don’t the initial install.
