I chose Ambrose Solar primarily because it is local and their installers are employees rather than sub-contractors. While it is head-quartered in Vacaville and I live in Marin County, that is close enough. In addition, the portion of negative Web reviews seemed lower than with other installers that I considered. My Tesla Solar Inverter went bad that my system was no longer getting any solar production. I called up Ambrose and Andrew took my case. He sent an engineer to check and confirmed that the solar inverter went bad. Andrew successfully coordinated with Tesla to get a warranty replacement and after a couple weeks my system is back online. Thanks Ambrose and Andrew for a seamless and painless support. Ambrose Solar did an outstanding job installing my solar panels and battery. Their team was professional, efficient, and knowledgeable during the entire process. I am very happy with the panel type (REC410AA Pure-R), roof layout, system size, and PW3 battery recommended for my house. After 6 months since installation, the panels are generating the expected level of electricity and cost savings! I highly recommend Ambrose Solar for installing your solar system.
