After speaking to four companies, Ambrose presented the strongest options for my household and they went above and beyond. My original install required a replacement for my electrical panel. Brand new home and after approximately 4 yrs our Solar inverter malfunctioned. The original company/installer acknowledged this informed me it was covered under warranty and they started replacement process which kept lingering for almost a year; parts are still on order, back log on orders, etc. Eventually they filed for bankruptcy and was left in a predicament to say the least. As always, our experience with Ambrose Solar was amazing. I called them to ask why our consumption differed vastly from what PG&E was reporting. We didn’t know if it was an app problem or meter problem or what! Justin took the time to research all possibilities and figured out what the issue was. Their technician Arnulfo came out and quickly resolved the issue and now our consumption very closely aligns with what PG&E says we’re consuming.
