About us:

Ambrose Construction, now known as Ambrose Solar, started in 2013 offering remodeling and construction services. Over time, after witnessing poor customer treatment and subpar workmanship in the solar industry, Pat and Ian founded Ambrose Solar in 2017.

With a focus on excellent customer service and high-quality products, they have grown rapidly and now provide residential and commercial full-service solar and energy storage installation. Ambrose Solar’s commitment to their customers is evident through their dedication to being the best in the industry.

I waited to leave my review to see if there were any problems with my installation and I have nothing but good things to say about Ambrose. They installed my solar panels 2 years ago and everything went as planned from start to finish. Even though Sun Power went bankrupt, Ambrose has been very supportive and told me if I have any problems, to call them and they will take care of it and reassured me they have my back. I have called them with questions, and they indeed had my back. I highly recomm... Read more

Ambrose solar installed extra panels for my solar collection in April 2023 to be on NEM2. Installation went smoothly with no issues. This year February 4. 2024 PGE had a major outage that damaged all the micro inverters on my system as well as 100 other homes that have SunPower systems. I live at One Lake Fairfield and this affected about 250 to 300 solar systems in our community that were both SunPower and Sunnova. Ambrose came out a couple days after I called in to schedule to diagnose the... Read more

I highly recommend Ambrose Solar for anyone seeking a top-tier solar company. Their team of professionals, including Adam, our solar sales representative; Carissa, our project coordinator; Marco, our pre site technician; Kyle, our on site solar foreman; Tony G., in charge of completion work; and Dylan, who came out and did the final inspection, far surpassed our expectations with their professionalism, expertise and commitment to our project. Everyone was so helpful and handled our many question... Read more

Very professional and informative. Bought in February, and due to all of the solar projects and delays with the county and PGE, the system is up and running and working as designed.

From beginning to end, our experience with Ambrose Solar was outstanding. Paul, our sales guy, was really helpful to us as we tried to navigate and anticipate the future electricity needs we would have (heat pump furnace, EV) vis a vie our current usage history and limited roof sun. As he commented, we wouldn't regret putting up more panels, especially as our summer temps get warmer with each passing year. (We wish we'd been able to add more, but the cost vs. the solar production didn't make s... Read more
