After installing a 30 kWh Tesla home battery system, she worked tirelessly to demonstrate to PG&E that Ambrose had designed and installed the correct sized unit to qualify us, as the home owner, for their Self-Generation Incentive Program (SGIP) that they offered. This solar team was easy to work with and open to what I needed vs what others tell you what you need. Then when install happens and PTO, very easy and smooth process. Great service whenever you need something as well. Overall one of the best to work with in the area. I asked about expanding my existing system. I asked on what I wanted. They made it work with a very easy and affordable price. If I look to expand a little more, I'm coming back. I'd recommended, for sure.

We had a power outage on 1/22 and a few hours later it was restored. Because we have solar with a backup battery, this is usually not a problem at all. This time, though, power did not return to the circuits powering our washer and dryer, ev charger, stove, and a few other circuits. And our SPAN smart breaker panel was essentially dead.
