My sales rep did an analysis of my home’s needs and he was spot on—did not try to oversell me, and really had some creative solutions to maximize my tax rebate. We had some communication issues about the project due to some staffing changes, but everyone was very kind and patient with me. I would call them again in a heartbeat!
