I didn't know how complex a remove & reinstall of solar panels to get your roof done would be. Justin at Ambrose helped out a lot coordinating answering questions and getting through the red tape. Without his help I would not have been able to accomplish it. The techs were great at performing the removal and reinstall. We had a power outage on 1/22 and a few hours later it was restored. Because we have solar with a backup battery, this is usually not a problem at all. This time, though, power did not return to the circuits powering our washer and dryer, ev charger, stove, and a few other circuits. And our SPAN smart breaker panel was essentially dead.
