My experience with them became the worse experience I have ever had working with a company. Few weeks after installing a brand new solar system 14 panels out of 20 stopped working . I have been trying to work with Sunpower and Ambrose for months to replace the micro inverters. Apparently this was caused by the power surge during winter outages . I’m not an expert on this but this is $40k system and should have been designed to last 20 to 25 years. obviously there will be power outages and power ... Read more

As you know Ambrose Solar has been actively working closing with SunPower (the manufacturer) to get this resolved for you. Where do I begin? We had Ian com give us an estimate for our home solar and he was great. He was honest and listened to our needs. I mean from that moment forward the entire staff has been amazing. I can’t say enough about our wonderful experience with Ambrose. We had our initial meeting with David and he was easily able to explain how everything works. He was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. They use an amazing software application that looks at your roof and determines how much sun hits each part of your roof.
