One thing that a lot of people don't know about the roofing industry is that 99% of companies don't have actual employed technicians to fix roofing issues. We have several great employees that are true roofing technicians that can fix leaks instead of just being a sales company like most of other "roofing" companies that are sales companies in disguise as roofers. From the very first visit, Caleb Lipthratt was the difference maker. Our roof is large and complex, and Caleb took the time to truly understand it — he came out multiple times just to make sure the quote was right. We had an active leak at the time, and rather than just leaving us to wait, he suggested potential fixes and came out on two separate occasions to install a temporary fix that held until the full replacement could be done.
