Sharrod came and did a review and was extremely professional and assessed a problem causing noise in the attic due to a faulty ridge vent installation by another company. Later Sharrod and Josh came back and did an incredible job removing the ridge vent and cutting back some roof sheathing that was flapping when wind hit the vent. Josh at Arnold Roofing was so helpful in looking at my leaking soffit. He told me exactly what was wrong and what was needed to fix it. Since this was covered by my HOA I don't have any idea of the cost, but it was handled very professionally and Josh knew what he was talking about. Josh came out to my home to determine the roofing issues that may be causing interior leaks. He was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. He reviewed all of the issues he found with me (including photographs) and clearly stated a proposed plan of remediation. Honest, good workmanship, and fast response. I needed a couple of shingles replaced and reached out to Arnold Roofing. They sent Caleb out the same day, completed the repair, and even did a thorough roof inspection. Caleb spotted worn seals around the exhausts and fixed those too. The service was fast, professional, honest, and friendly, with no pressure to upsell anything. I appreciated the transparency about my roof’s condition. I’ll definitely be using them again in the future.
