Hi Dan, Thanks for leaving the review. You are appreciated. You are absolutely right, those leaves are tricky and can sometimes impede the multiple magnet sweeps ability to get every nail. Shingles being an asphalt based product does require it to be a little hotter than our climates to adhere quickly. But, they typically will flatten as soon as we get a little warm up. If they don't we are a phone call away to remedy the situation. We have always find our pricing to be competitive, albeit we will never be the cheap guys. Those guys are here today and gone tomorrow more often than not that don't provide all of the necessary essential brand name roof components. In order to beat our pricing, it usually involves using off brand materials, not providing quality pipe boots, not installing ice and water shield where we do, and most importantly using cut 3 tab shingles for the hips and ridges.
