Retz was on time, friendly, and did good work quickly.
Just how many times does one have to call them to forward the estimate for review? How many times? Are we being ignored? Are they sloppy? Who knows?
They come out to give an estimate and tell you when you can expect to recieve it. But no .. not that day or the next or the next. You call to ask, "I'll let them know". No response. You call and ask again, "I'll let them know". No response.
