Called due to suspected leak, Ruben came the same day, identified the issue from inside attic. Then climbed on roof inspected and determined dryer vent was a the issue. Fixed before he left along with some nail pops in roof. Very courteous, friendly and efficient. I will call on them if my roof needs attention again.

Just how many times does one have to call them to forward the estimate for review? How many times? Are we being ignored? Are they sloppy? Who knows? They come out to give an estimate and tell you when you can expect to recieve it. But no .. not that day or the next or the next. You call to ask, "I'll let them know". No response. You call and ask again, "I'll let them know". No response. Here's my question to Arnold: If you don't plan to sent out an estimate, why do you even bother to do one in... Read more
