Sherrard was excellent at his job! Not only polite and friendly, He was diligent in finding the source of my issue! After searching and then searching again, Sherrard was able to find and repair my issue, which turned out to be a nail pop.

Sometimes it does take a guess and check method to figure out exactly where a leak is penetrating into your home. Working with Caleb at Arnold Roofing and Restoration was like a dream. He worked with me and the insurance company to get me a brand new roof. First he came by to inspect. He went on the roof, looked at the damage the roof leak caused, and went up into the attic. Took pictures of everything. I began having issues with shingles lifting and flying off my roof beginning in May 2024. I chose to repair instead of replacing them due to having 10 years remaining on my 25 year architectural shingles. Hi Scott & Lisa, Wow, what a great review. Bobby said we were all going to celebrate this review together at your house so we could catch some striper at Lake Murray lol. I lived on Lake Murray for a little while and we love it there. Navigating the insurance process takes a lot of knowledge and sometimes a lot of patience. Bobby has been training vigorously to know the in's and out's of the process extremely well. It's great to hear that he was able to get everything taken care of for you and the end result is a great new roof that will stand the test of time. The new GAF charcoal shingles really pop on your house, I just looked at the photos of the completed job. Also, was happy to see that we were able to replace the fascia that was a little worse for wear on the front of your home as well. Thank you for choosing Arnold Roofing and Restoration. Hi Robert, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review on Joe's services with Arnold Roofing. It's unfortunate that we didn't win the opportunity to perform the work on your home. We often times aren't the least expensive contractor out there, but have always found that like anything, the old adage is true that you get what you pay for so we strive to show the differences in the Arnold standard features that typically exceed that of our competitors. But, in the end, we can't win them all. If you do have any issues with your selected contractor and would like me to revisit the proposal that Joe offered to see if there are any concessions that I can make on pricing (not quality) feel free to reach back out.
