Repair on a community housing structure for our mail boxes was two flashing stops on metal roof. Took almost a year to fix and when finally complete, Left scraps of aluminum behind.

Hi Tom, Niasia Parker with your management firm sent this repair request on March 17, 2025. It is now August 11th. Your mailbox housing unit was fabricated with special metal, and as such we literally had to hand diagram and draw what was necessary to fix work that was not ours. We then had a custom metal fabricator hired through our local supply house, Superior Distribution, make the specialty metal products that were necessary to fix other people's work. There absolutely was a long lead time for this metal fabrication to occur that was beyond our control. Had the original installers done the job properly or warranted their work, then we would not have had to wait so long for this metal shop to create the custom items that were necessary to fix your mailbox units. The pictures that were sent by the crew didn't show any debris after it was completed, so I apologize if there were scraps left behind that we were unaware. We do strive to do our best on every job, and I apologize that you feel that we fell short of your expectations with this endeavor, but the timelines were beyond our control. He did a thorough inspection, and recommended a small repair. The job was completed timely and professionally and Bobby came back to do a final review of the work completed.
