Joe Patton was amazing and professional. I had water damage in my house. I thought it might be a roof issue. He arrived within 3 hours of my call, inspected the roof during a rain storm no less. He finally located the source of the water that caused the damage. It was a compressor failure of a refrigerator. He then called the restoration group who then sprung into action the next day, mitigating the damage as much as possible. Arnold Roofing is quite fortunate to have such an outstanding person ... I cannot stress enough what a wonderful experience it was dealing with Arnold Roofing. We had a leak and these guys came immediately and assessed the situation we were having. They went above and beyond repairing the leak, they also did an inspection as well and covered any exposed nail heads, etc. Arnold Roofing will be our go to call.

I reached out to Arnold for a roof inspection because of numerous roof leaks that stained our ceilings in the house. Trey came over and inspected our roof and agreed we need a new roof. He informed us very well on the process like materials deliver, when to expect the roofers etc. He provided a detailed report on the materials being used; for us, being GAF architectural shingles. the crew showed up bright and early (it was going to be a very hot day) worked hard and were done by 5 or 6.
