Blow me away amazed! I asked Arnold Roofing to inspect my roof and Caleb came out to have a look. He reassured me everything was just fine. No hurricane or hail damage. Just normal wear and tear. Ruben recently replaced this roof after hurricane Helene caused significant damage to my rental property. I was very impressed by this young gentleman’s eye on getting everything taken care of for me from dealing with the insurance carrier directly and being on site and making sure the build went smoothly and efficiently. I called Arnold Roofing requesting an inspection of a family member’s roof. Caleb Lipthratt was the employee sent for the roof inspection. He was very punctual and attentive to the problem and did an extremely thorough inspection of the roof and actually found the source of the current leak. Mr. Lipthratt sat down with the homeowner and explained the materials that would be used to install a new roof and their purpose.
