Had a wet spot in kitchen. Trey Cushwa came out and took care of the problem immediately with no charge since it was a quick fix. Very professional, courteous, thorough, and on time. Hi Ann, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. I know since the hurricane devastated so many homes that all of the companies around were had way too much work to get done. It was an unprecedented storm for this area, without a doubt. While we surely weren't perfect with the process of rebuilding all of these things, we have really tried our best to correct anything that may have went awry in the process. One thing about Bobby's customers though, very few things went awry because he was typically there step by step to try to make sure anything that needed tweaked was done in a prompt manner. I'm so appreciate that you trusted my staff to get the job done for you and that we exceeded your expectations. The insurance process can be quite painful for the faint of heart lol.
