Hi Matthew, I was just made aware of this situation after receiving this review. Unfortunately, the dumpster was ordered by an employee that is no longer with our firm. We had no record of it in our CRM, and the employee stated it did not belong to the crew. It is 100% on us. I personally hate change orders, but sometimes on some older dwellings, we can't see everything that's under where we are starting to work until we tear it off. That happened in this particular situation, and it simply couldn't be diagnosed prior to the commencement of work. We never lied about anything, we made an honest mistake as it wasn't in our CRM. Our workload has increased 400% due to Helene, and it has caused some issues with minute details on some of our projects because we are working so hard trying to get so many people back into their homes that are no longer inhabitable due to trees falling through their homes or complexes. It's been a difficult situation to see this type of damage in the Upstate, as typically we only see this type of stuff on a rare tornado, but not thousands of miles of damage. At the end of the day, we are not perfect. We do strive to do the best that we can with every transaction, and I'm sorry that you feel that we fell short on this transaction. It was never purposeful. It's just navigating the thousands of claims that we are handling with the hurricane to get things restored in a timely manner. Respectfully, Brian Arnold
