Excellent responsiveness and service. Stephany called within an hour of me calling the office to schedule. Although she was delayed by Hurricane Helene she quickly rescheduled and kept me updated on her arrival time. She showed me the damage and applied a temporary fix until a permanent repair can be scheduled. Extremely friendly and professional and I highly recommend her and Arnold Roofing!

Stefany came out and did my inspection. She found the problems quickly and gave me an assessment. She was back within a couple of days, even during the horrible hurricane time, and took care of my roof. She was very polite and offered suggestions and recommendations for future inspections and was very professional. I would recommend her again.
