I cannot recommend Arnold roofing. They recently finished a roofing project for me and there was a lot of constant miscommunication. The crew that they had doing my roofing project was very unprofessional. If you do decide to hire them, keep detailed notes on everything get a paper trail for everything. And don’t forget they work for you when they’re doing your roof.
Hi Bryan, I'm sorry that we did not exceed your expectations. While we have done well over a thousand roofs this year and have not had a single real customer give us a negative review, this is our first. While I wish we could please every customer, fact of the matter is, that's not possible. Some people just aren't people that are able to be pleased, and that is why all of the reviews on your Google profile, including Starbucks, are nearly all 1 or 2 star reviews. Please remember this, there are several companies that are local to Greenville that have stolen money and not actually put on roofs. There are also companies that do shoddy work and don't warrant their work after the work is completed. You will have none of those issues because we do stand behind our work. Again, I'm sorry my company did not live up to your expectations, but in general, we do a great job for our customers. You did accost several of my staff members during this process, and we were aware that you were someone that we clearly weren't able to please. I wish you the best in your endeavors, and rest assured, you have a fully warranted roof that was installed by a certified crew. Respectfully, Brian Arnold
