I have NEVER had a more unpleasant experience in dealing with any company in any fashion. I have tried since September to get Arnold's roofing and restoration to come out and repair a leak in my roof.( it is now march) Everytime something was done, they would drag their feet to complete the next step of the process. Retz was very helpful and informative. Arrived on time and even covered up two exposed spots on the roof during his inspection to protect the area until it could be properly fixed. Would definitely recommend them if you are looking for help with roof repair.
