While Josh came out and provided an excellent experience having the damage on the front of my house inspected. The company as a whole doesn't seem to care for fixing anything.

I left your husband Neal a voicemail earlier today regarding this review. You have left a negative review about my company because a different company did bad work for you nearly 2 years ago. We actually just tried to fix their work, and a 2 star review severely affects our Google rating which could affect our 30 employees and how we feed our families. If you feel that your management company or the prior contractor didn't do a good job, and Josh did from Arnold Roofing and Restoration why are we the company that gets a negative 2 star review?
We are more than willing to fix whatever you want that the previous contractor did incorrectly. However, our instructions from the HOA and management company were to stop any possible water intrusions and that is what we have done. We can rebuild your entire unit from the ground up and do great work. But, this review is absolutely an unwarranted representation of the work performed by Josh and Arnold Roofing and Restoration. Our reviews are flawless, and this review really hurts our credibility and that isn't fair about Arnold Roofing's services.
