One of Ascent's technicians came out to our home for a roof and gutter tune-up and even though our roof was just put on in 2011 did a great job of identifying a couple shingles that had come loose (a small piece of one that had actually detached below a window from all the wind and rain lately), caulking some nail heads that must have originally been missed and resealing our windows in a few areas where it could have become an issue down the road.
