My wife and I have been tossing up the idea of either building a home, or refinancing and fixing anything that needs it in our current home. We figured the roof would be one of those items, so set up an appointment with Ascend Roofing, based on their high Google reviews. They came out almost to the minute of when they said they would, only to do a full roof inspection and tell us we don't need a new roof yet.
