Went very well. Jeff Christy explained everything clearly, and answered all my concerns. Ascent Roofing's price is competitive, so their familiarity with navigating through the design requirements of this neighborhood is a convenient plus. With all the rain we have had, the slight (couple of days) delay from the scheduled date was quite understandable. The crew worked from 8 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. to finish in one day, not an easy job with the steep pitch of the roof. They did great!

Ascent was the first of 3 companies contacted to estimate the job and respond with a detailed presentation of the proposal. We delayed accepting the proposal until the other 2 companies responded. Their initial price was the highest of the 3, but was reduced to the middle price which was mostly the same in terms of scope and materials.
