From first encounter with sales rep to post installment calls, everyone was very polite. The installation was completed in less than a day. Bathfitter took care of contacting plumber for code compliance. I even ended up with a few free smoke/CO2 detectors!

I was going to remodel my bathroom, myself. That venture would have taken me a long time. I looked into Bath Fitter and spoke to a representative. He was very informative and I booked an appointment for an estimate. I said to myself, just listen...no signing. Well, even before the representative was finished measuring my bathroom, I KNEW I was signing. This was a GREAT investment for my home. I will be purchasing another one for my rental property.
