We just needed the floor pan of our shower redone. It was an intricate tile and the grout continually cracked. We weren’t even sure if it could be done.Each person that we dealt with through Bath Fitter was so professional, courteous, and easy to deal with. This is true for the estimator, the installer, and the Customer Service people that we spoke to on the phone! We had our previous bathroom shower converted to a tub/shower today 1/10/25. Joe A. & Brenden were so professional & friendly during the entire time while doing the job, which lasted between 5-5 1/2 hours. Once the job was completed, it looked better than expected. We’re so excited & impressed with the great quality of work they did. I would definitely recommend Bath Fitter to all my friends & family.
