Tear off two layers of shingles, remove old aluminum gutter guards, put on new gutter guard material, and put on a new roof. They also added a bathroom vent exhaust in the attic.

Complete tear-off and removal of the existing shingles and gutters and downspouts. Install GAF roofing system, including "Leak-barrier Ice and Water shield," GAF Pro-Start starter strip, GAF Deck Armor Premium deck protection, GAF Timberline High Definition Dimensional Shingles with 50-year lifetime warranty, GAF Cobra Snow Country Ridge Vent, GAF Seal A Ridge ridge cap shingles. Remove chimney below the roofline and install B-vent flashing provided by the HVAC contractor. Install new pipe flashings, proper bathroom vents. Include Premium GAF "Golden Pledge" Warranty (50-year material and labor warranty). Backed by "Good Housekeeping." Clean-up and landscape protection of job site.

Complete roof tear-off, new ridge vents, exhaust vents, install a new roof on house, gazebo, shed. Tear-off and replace gutters on house.

We had Big Fish crews replace the gutters on our home and the roof and gutters on our barn. The latter had 3 layers of roofing, including the original cedar shakes. The roofing crew removed the old layers, laid down plywood over the original barn board roof base, and then put the new shingle and venting on in less than 2 days. The site was left very clean, and every precaution was taken to protect new grass along the path used to haul the new materials in and the debris from the old roof out. The gutter crew put seamless gutters and new downspouts on our ranch home in about half a day and then did the gutters on the barn in a couple of hours.
