It started off with me talking to a gentleman at the company named Eric. We had wind damage. He had calmed us down by the time we got off the phone with him. A gentleman name Nick came out about 3 days later, due to the weather he had to come out to finish the work a different day. He came back again the next week with another technician to do the work. From the owner all the way down to the technicians, everyone was great.
