Elder called me today and came by to check out the leak in our master bedroom. He was very apologetic with not being here in the 2 week timeframe. He works off a list of jobs and our job was last. We told him we appreciated him very much for coming out on a Saturday. Called Bluebird and they got someone out to check out the problem the same day! Vic found the problem right away. Because of the nature of the issue they were not able to fix it, but gave me some insight on who I could call.
