After dealing with a different contractor who ghosted us when our insurance was giving us a difficult time in approving full replacement, Buffalo's Rep Justin was patient and explained the different approaches that we could take to get there. Justin @ Buffalo did a tremendous job defining the scope of the project and working with our insurance company for supplemental payments when our skylights needed to be replaced in addition to the roof. The crew showed up and worked diligently to complete the job in a timely manner. Roof looks great and highly recommend Justin to lead your roof replacement with Buffalo Roofing!!

We used Buffalo for a new roof, siding & gutters. We met and worked with Chris who was extremely helpful every step of the way. From issues with our insurance to making sure we understood everything and all our questions was answered. And there were a lot of questions. Chris was great and really went above and beyond for us. I am so glad i went with Buffalo roofing after a storm left a basket ball size hole in my roof. The company i was initially working with brushed me aside for 6 months throughout the entire winter before i had enough and decided to call buffalo roofing.
