Reliable, honest, and persistent! I had a roof claim that took over a year and half to get approved. Buffalo knew I had State Farm which was notoriously difficult this time around to get claims approved, and decided to still undertake the battle to get my claim approved. A lot of persistence from their end and them taking all the risks and spending time on my claim with no guarantee of payment. This roofing contractor is not reliable. They made big promises during the estimate, took payment, and then didn’t follow through. I waited weeks for them to return but nothing happened. No updates, no refund, no finished roof. I feel cheated and want to warn others.

The work quality was terrible and communication was even worse. They didn’t finish the job, left a mess around my property, and ignored my messages afterward. I expected professional service but got excuses and silence. Definitely not reliable

I trusted this roofing service to fix my roof properly, but it turned into a nightmare. They started the job, left halfway through, and never came back. I called and texted many times with no response. My roof still leaks, and I had to pay someone else to finish it. I lost money and time — very disappointing experience.
