I rehired this company to install 4 custom doors, replace a window, and replace a sash. WHAT A REGRET. ALL A HEADACHE from nonresponsive and inappropriate folk on sales team and in office, to being lied to multiple times. BIZARRE interactions: We were set to install on 8/18/23. After the window of arrival, one person shows up confused on the scope of work. We both, perplexed, wait to see if teams arrive. We call the salesman, he says the entire crew was in an accident and in the hospital. I immediately worried my doors were then damaged and relay that.
