Jay initially walked around the house to get a general feel for the roof and scheduled a formal estimate meeting a few days later. Jay was incredibly thorough and took down all the needed information. The estimate of the cost was done in a friendly way, not a sales pitch, fully explaining what was to be done and the certifed quality that was to be employed. When we were ready to get things done, we contacted them for an updated quote, signed the contract that explaned in detail what was to be done.
