We contracted with Certified in February 2018 to replace our roof. They were able to get us on their schedule in a timely manner; the on-site team was professional and kept the work area clean at the end of each business day - picking up their debris and blowing and cleaning out the shrubs and mulch beds as needed. When working with Tom and the Team when we had questions they gave quick responses and followed up as needed. We are very pleased with our roof at this time.

Tom from Certified was quick to respond after a big wind storm that damaged our roof. The estimate was fair. The work was scheduled quickly and matched our schedule. They arrived when they said they would be there. Worked hard to get the job done each day. Rain delayed the work slightly but they came back on Saturday to finish. They did an excellent job cleaning up after each day and at the end of the project.

They were - frankly - amazing. They were clear on their pricing, they worked directly with the insurance company and explained the entire process to me up front. They communicated via emails, phone calls, even texts to make sure I was always in the loop. I didn't even have to take off any time from work! They also have the best warranty I've seen for jobs like this. Both the roof and the siding were done in just two days! I highly recommend them! Greg
