This roof was damaged by wind in a recent storm. Our crew was dispatched on a Thursday evening - excavators lifts dumpsters and crew arrived within 2 hours to being the cleanup. The clean up was completed that evening and the roof was protected with a fully adhered EPDM the following day. A new roof was then installed 3 weeks later - Full tear off - installation of R30 insulation fully adhered with low rise foam adhesive- self adhered TPO for a Johns Manville 20 year warranty

Complete tear off of existing roofing- CM constructed new second story on top of the concrete deck- we installed a fully tapered R30 fully adhered EPDM system with a 20 year warranty - we then installed an elevated decking system to create a flat surface above the roof that traffic could walk on- on the upper roof we installed R30 insulation and Rhino Bond attached .060 TPO for a JM 20 year warranty.
