We got Hardy siding and locally made windows installed by Craftsmen. Their sales people and installers were incredibly professional and respectful which is so important when you're inviting people into your home for a week. Great communication before during and after a large and impractical home improvement project!

Craftsman is a very responsive and professional company. Everyone did a great job with communication. Pricing was not the cheapest but the work was timely and of high quality. We had some tricky spots on our roof that they handled well. A few years after our roof was completed, we had a large branch fall on it during a storm. Craftsman came out to inspect and made a few minor repairs all without charging us. Their follow through is excellent.

We contacted multiple roofing companies to replace our roof shingles after a storm caused damage to our roof. We were so impressed with Craftsmen Home Improvements - they were always very professional and courteous. They also worked closely with our insurance company to ensure our insurance covered what needed to be covered.
