I used Craftsman for window replacement in 2023 and again in 2024. They were up front with pricing, transparent about lead time for window ordering and our new windows are a definite upgrade for our 1945 home. Shortly after installation, I had a few issues with latching some of the windows and Craftsman came right out to assess the situation and make a few adjustments. Everyone we encountered throughout the process was helpful and efficient.

We had Craftsmen reroof our house along with gutters and gutter guards. I hired them for their reputation for attention to detail, the competitive pricing, and just an all around great job with their craft. I have recommended them to friends (who also had work done and were satisfied). Craftsmen is definitely worth a look for your home improvement needs.

Used them on a Hardie siding project. Fair pricing and easy to deal with, great communication. I was unhappy with part of the install (a trim piece) and they agreed and replaced it no issues. Would use them again.

We had Craftsmen Home Improvements put in windows for us. The first was a new window on a wall that didn’t have one. They did a lovely job both inside and outside of our house. We were concerned about having a new hole cut into the house but everything looks great. We also replaced a set of three windows in a dormer that were original to the house (1919).
